| DELIVERY INFORMATION Our cut-off time for shipping is 2:00pm - if all of the items that you have ordered are in stock, and your order is completed before 2:00pm, then your order will be shipped the same working day.
Distribution is handled by a specialist third party on our behalf. Some products will be shipped on an express service as standard for UK destinations (this is clearly shown on the product details) - express delivery is a 1-2 day service. Otherwise our standard delivery service is approximately 3 working days for UK customers. | BREXIT UPDATE/ international shipping
| | Following the UK leaving the European Union, we unfortunately are no longer able to generally accept website orders from any countries within the EU – this includes Ireland. This is largely due to increased costs through additional administration and delivery charges.
We are able to ship outside of the UK on an ex-works basis - you will need to arrange collection from our office in the UK using a courier service. You will then be responsible for shipping / insurance / duties and taxes and any currency charges for transfer of funds.
